Job summary

Dynamic EcoHome in Richardson, TX is seeking a decisive Fleet & Asset Manager to own our fleet across Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston. This role requires building scalable systems, setting standards, and taking full ownership of results.

You will oversee ~60 vehicles and assets, drive preventive maintenance, compliance, and driver accountability, and collaborate across Operations, Safety, Finance, HR, and Service.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in fleet, equipment, or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current fleet and assets and develop scalable regional strategy.
• Build policies, systems, and reporting to support growth.
• Establish accountability for vehicle assignments, maintenance, and costs.
• Oversee readiness and utilization of ~60 vehicles and assets.
• Develop fleet-performance metrics and executive dashboards.
• Own safety, compliance, and driver accountability.
• Serve as primary owner for accidents, claims, and risk management.
