Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation operations.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment, trailers, vehicles, and towable assets.
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance planning and asset lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and OSHA safety requirements.
• CDL preferred.
• Ability to lead drivers/operators and coordinate across departments.
• Proficiency in fleet management software, asset tracking, or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mobilization/demobilization of fleet assets for projects and emergencies.
• Coordinate drivers, operators, transport vendors, and deployments for safe movement of assets.
• Maintain compliance reporting for CDL vehicles (TXDOT, USDOT, IRP, MC, IFTA).
• Develop preventative maintenance programs and oversee repairs and servicing.
• Manage budgets, logs, and cost data; use ERP for lifecycle planning and reporting.
