Qualifications

• 5+ years in freight pricing, logistics analytics, or transportation (preferably flatbed).
• Excellent Excel proficiency; experience with TMS platforms and pricing tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of flatbed equipment types, lane dynamics, and market drivers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze flatbed freight rates, market trends, and lane data to develop pricing.
• Build and maintain pricing models for spot and contract freight.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to quote rates for customers and carriers.
• Monitor fuel costs, capacity trends, and seasonal demand to adjust pricing.
• Evaluate historical shipment data to identify pricing opportunities and margins.
