Job summary

LST Group LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Flatbed Pricing Analyst to develop, analyze, and manage pricing strategies for flatbed transportation services. The role focuses on ensuring competitive rates, healthy margins, and strong carrier and customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset and familiarity with the flatbed freight market. The analyst will work with pricing and logistics teams to support quotes, RFPs, and pricing optimization, in an in-office or hybrid

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in freight pricing, logistics analytics, or transportation, preferably with flatbed experience.
Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with TMS platforms and pricing/analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze flatbed rates, market trends, and lane data to develop pricing.
Build and maintain pricing models for spot and contract freight.
Collaborate with sales and operations to quote rates for customers and carriers.
Monitor fuel costs, capacity trends, and seasonal demand to adjust pricing.
Prepare reports and dashboards on pricing performance and market benchmarks.
Support RFP/RFQ processes with pricing analysis and bid strategy recommendations.
