Job summary

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team development skills with a safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize fixed plant maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and safety.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Develop and coach maintenance team members to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
