Job summary
Heidelberg Materials North America in Texas is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead fixed plant maintenance and optimize reliability for crushers, conveyors, pumps, and motors. You will plan preventive, predictive, and corrective work, develop the maintenance team, and manage budgets, contractors, and capital projects to support operations.
A bachelor's degree and 7+ years in heavy industrial maintenance with leadership experience are required; safety and regulatory compliance are
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
- 7+ years of maintenance experience in heavy industrial environments.
- 5+ years of leadership experience supervising maintenance personnel.
- Experience with fixed plant assets (crushers, conveyors, pumps, motors).
- Strong safety and regulatory compliance knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize fixed plant maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and performance.
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Develop and coach maintenance team members and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, contractors, and capital projects.
- Partner with operations to identify improvements, reduce downtime, and enhance plant performance.
