Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of maintenance experience in quarry/mining/aggregates or heavy industry.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience with maintenance teams.
• Experience using CMMS for planning, work orders, and inventory control.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets and contractor services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe quarry operations.
• Oversee equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams to maintain standards and compliance.
• Manage maintenance resources, parts inventory, and contractor support.
