Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities in a quarry setting, ensuring safe and efficient operations. You will supervise maintenance teams, coordinate inspections, and guide repairs while managing inventory and contractors.

The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience with CMMS as well as MSHA safety practices. This on-site position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of maintenance experience in quarry/mining/industrial environments.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with fixed plant maintenance (crushers, conveyors, pumps, motors).
• Experience using CMMS for planning, work orders, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of MSHA regulations, lockout/tagout, confined space, hot work permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe quarry operations.
• Oversee equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams to maintain standards.
• Manage maintenance resources, including parts inventory and contractor support.
