Job summary

IGT is seeking an experienced Senior Fixed Assets Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. This role supports global accounting for fixed assets and capital projects, ensuring timely and accurate reporting under U.S. GAAP and company policies.

The ideal candidate will manage asset lifecycles, assist with CIP reviews, perform monthly and quarterly close activities, and partner with FP&A, Procurement, Tax, and regional Finance teams in a large multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP for fixed assets and capital projects.
• Experience with month-end/quarter-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform fixed asset and capital project accounting in line with U.S. GAAP and company policy.
• Maintain fixed asset lifecycle records: additions, capitalization, depreciation, disposals, impairment.
• Analyze CIP and capital project balances and coordinate with project owners and finance teams.
• Support close processes and prepare schedules for financial reporting.
• Assist with acquisition/purchase accounting and integration of fixed assets.
