Job summary

IGT is seeking an experienced Manager, Capital Assets & Lease Accounting to join our Corporate Accounting organization. This role will oversee global accounting for tangible and intangible capital assets, capital projects, and lessee activity, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in accordance with U.S.

GAAP and Company policies. The Manager will manage the fixed asset lifecycle, including capital expenditure, CIP, depreciation, transfers, impairment, and disposal, and oversee accounting for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience including fixed assets, capital projects, lease accounting, or corporate accounting.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 842.
• Experience managing month-end and quarter-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting for tangible and intangible assets, projects, and lease-related assets.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for capital assets and leases.
• Partner with Real Estate, Procurement, Legal, FP&A and regional teams on leases and changes.
• Support acquisitions and purchase accounting of fixed assets.
• Drive standardization and automation of asset and lease accounting processes.
