Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Capital Assets & Lease Senior Accountant/Manager to oversee the accounting, administration, and governance of the Company’s long-term asset portfolio. You will manage fixed assets, leases, ROUs, CIP, intangible assets, and capitalized costs to obtain contracts while ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and company policy.

You will collaborate with Legal, Real Estate, Procurement, and Operations to support month-end close, controls, and process

Aufgaben

• Oversee fixed asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal, including depreciation and impairments.
• Review capital expenditures for proper accounting under U.S. GAAP and company policy.
• Record asset movements in subledgers and reconcile with the general ledger.
• Prepare depreciation calculations, useful lives, and residual values.
• Manage CIP and asset tracking, including cost capitalization decisions.
• Maintain lease accounting system and perform ASC 842 risk reviews.
• Record lease entries, reassessments, impairments, and terminations.
• Monitor startup costs and capitalization decisions for contracts with customers.
• Ensure audit readiness and strengthen internal controls around assets.
