Qualifications

• 8-10 years of firmware development experience.
• Strong programming skills in C and C++, including basic OO concepts.
• Hands-on bare-metal firmware development and Zephyr RTOS experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug, and optimize low-level firmware for high-speed SerDes systems.
• Develop firmware using C/C++, bare-metal programming, and Zephyr RTOS.
• Support control, calibration, and optimization of high-speed electrical interfaces and optical subsystems.
• Work with optical transceivers, silicon photonics, and PICs.
• Apply knowledge of Ethernet, PCIe, IEEE 802.3, and transceiver management standards.
• Perform hardware-level debugging and collaborate with hardware and software teams.
• Support firmware development, source control, and build management activities.
