You will work closely with hardware, cloud, mobile, quality engineering, and product teams to deliver reliable, scalable firmware solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of embedded software and firmware development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C (C++ preferred) with production firmware development.
• Hands-on experience with embedded Linux systems.
• Experience with the Yocto Project to manage embedded distributions.
• Experience with embedded ecosystems like RDK, broadband gateways, or similar.
• Experience with source control and automated build processes (CI/CD).
• Ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams across hardware, software, QA, product, and cloud teams.

• Firmware development for XM4, Blackbird, and BigBuddy initiatives.
• Collaborates with PES, mobile, QA, and cloud teams for integration.
• Mentors junior engineers and supports onboarding.
• Drives CI/CD improvements and firmware standardization.
• Designs APIs, backend services, and automation tasks with team guidance.
• Ensures scalable, highly available applications for cloud hosting with security features.
• Analyzes system performance and troubleshoots complex issues.
