• Administer firewalls, patching, VPN configuration, address translation, routing, IP address management, network segmentation, security group tags, SDWAN, dynamic routing protocols, SSO, certificate management, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for network security services; evaluate and resolve complex technical issues and communicate effectively to maximize service value.
