gpac is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager to lead sprinkler activities across Ohio, oversee project execution, build high-performing teams, and support regional growth.

The role requires strong leadership, NFPA knowledge, budgeting and P&L experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects safely and on schedule. NICET certification is a plus; competitive benefits and career advancement offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fire sprinkler operations or district-level fire protection teams.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and fire sprinkler systems.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management preferred.
• NICET certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day fire sprinkler operations across multiple projects and service activities.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, customer relationships, and overall operational performance.
• Mentor and develop project managers, designers, foremen, and field personnel.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Drive business growth through strong customer partnerships and operational efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and resource allocation.
