Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager to lead sprinkler activities across Ohio, oversee project execution, build high-performing teams, and support regional growth.

The role requires strong leadership, NFPA knowledge, budgeting and P&L experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects safely and on schedule. NICET certification is a plus; competitive benefits and career advancement offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fire sprinkler operations or district-level fire protection teams.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and fire sprinkler systems.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management preferred.
• NICET certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
