Temp-Con, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio is looking for a Project Manager to oversee and ensure the profitability of projects in the Fire Sprinkler field. You will collaborate with various departments to fulfill job requirements while building professional relationships.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial Fire Sprinkler experience and strong project management background. Candidates should hold a valid Driver’s License and OSHA 30 certification.

Formación

• 5 years commercial Fire Sprinkler field experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of prior project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the overall profitability of projects.
• Manage timelines and requirements for all projects.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular job cost reviews for project profitability.
• Coordinate manpower and equipment for each job.

Conocimientos

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Knowledge of general fire sprinkler installation

General knowledge of NFPA and Building Codes

Good math ability

Good basic computer skills

Detail oriented

Strong organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educación

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent

Fire Sprinkler/Standpipe license
