Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of prior project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall profitability of projects.
• Manage timelines and requirements for all projects.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular job cost reviews for project profitability.
• Coordinate manpower and equipment for each job.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Knowledge of general fire sprinkler installation

General knowledge of NFPA and Building Codes

Good math ability

Good basic computer skills

Detail oriented

Strong organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent

Fire Sprinkler/Standpipe license
