gpac is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager to lead sprinkler operations, oversee project execution, and mentor a team across multiple sites in Ohio. You will drive safety, schedule adherence, and budget performance while strengthening client partnerships.

The ideal candidate has NFPA knowledge, budgeting/P&L experience, and a track record of delivering complex fire protection projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fire sprinkler operations, projects, or district-level teams.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and fire sprinkler systems.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fire sprinkler operations across multiple projects and service activities
• Manage project schedules, budgets, customer relationships, and overall operational performance
• Mentor and develop project managers, designers, foremen, and field personnel
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Drive business growth through strong customer partnerships and operational efficiency
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and resource allocation

Qualifications

• Experience managing fire sprinkler operations, projects, or district-level fire protection teams
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and fire sprinkler systems
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management preferred
• NICET certification is a plus
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
