Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Fire Science or related field is required.
• Four years of related work experience with supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Fire Science degree and certificate programs.
• Supervise CPAT program and drill ground; implement risk management policies.
• Recruit, interview, hire and supervise instructors and staff for degree and certificate programs.
• Coordinate and schedule state certification exams and maintain compliance with accreditation standards.
• Provide advising to Fire Science students and ensure program curriculum meets standards.
