Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Fire Science or related field with 4 years of experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Must be able to travel using a company vehicle; MVR clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct Fire Science degree, certificate, and CPAT programs.
• Supervise instructors, recruit staff, and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate CPAT oversight, safety, and exams with state bodies.
• Ensure accreditation, records, and compliance.
