• 5+ years estimating fire sprinkler/fire protection projects.
• Strong understanding of fire protection systems and specs.
• Experience with detailed material and labor takeoffs.
• Proficient with CAD and PDF-based layout tools.
• Able to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed estimates and takeoffs for fire protection projects.
• Review drawings and specs to define scope and pricing.
• Perform sprinkler layouts and takeoffs using CAD/PDF tools.
• Identify scope gaps, code requirements and risks.
• Follow up on bids and communicate with customers.
• Maintain records of active bids and awarded projects.
• Support post-award design, field and project teams.
