Job Juncture clients are seeking a senior fire protection engineer to lead design, code analysis, and hazard evaluation projects from scope to delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related technical field from an accredited college or university; fire protection engineering or fire protection engineering technology preferred.
• At least 6 years of relevant fire protection engineering experience with ability to lead engineering work from scope to delivery.
• Professional Engineer licensure (PE License) required, preferably in fire protection; NICET certification also acceptable.
• Experience in one or more fire protection specialties such as system design, code analysis and equivalency development, fire hazard analysis, or commissioning.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to explain recommendations clearly, managing expectations and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering work from initial scope through final delivery with technical depth and judgment.
• Guide junior engineers and technical staff, assigning work and providing feedback.
• Develop practical solutions to complex problems and identify scope, budget, or schedule concerns early.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams, ensuring accurate deliverables and timely communication.
