EXP is seeking a Senior Fire Protection Engineer (Remote) to join our growing MEP/FP team. The role centers on leading design, coordination, and client engagement for diverse building projects across aviation, hospitality, healthcare and more.

You will mentor juniors, conduct hydraulic analyses, ensure NFPA/IBC/FBC compliance, and collaborate across disciplines from AHJs to contractors. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, a PE license (Fire Protection preferred), and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of fire protection engineering experience for building projects.
• P.E. registration required; PE in Fire Protection preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 13/14/20/72/101 and IBC/FBC.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and coordination of fire protection systems across multiple projects.
• Prepare hydraulic calculations and code analyses.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP disciplines and AHJs.
• Support business development and client presentations.
