Job summary

Insight Global in the construction industry seeks a Construction Manager to oversee fire protection systems for a mega project in Boise, ID. You will lead pre-construction activities, equipment buyout, and drawing scrubs to align subcontractors and trades partners, taking full ownership of scope and documentation while coordinating across all teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication and leadership on large teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience on mega/high-tech projects.
• Knowledge of NFPA, IBC, IFC codes.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6.
• Experience with bids, equipment buyout, pre-construction activities.
• Strong coordination and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire protection and related plumbing systems on the mega project.
• Complete pre-construction tasks including equipment buyout and scrubbing drawings.
• Own project scope and documentation; align across teams and partners.
• Facilitate training and run startup meetings with large teams.
• Review project submittals and manage RFIs.
