Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical construction experience on mega/high-tech projects.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and related tools.
• Experience with bids from subcontractors and equipment buyout.
• Strong communication to coordinate stakeholders and teams.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wet mechanical systems for a mega Boise project and ensure scope alignment.
• Lead pre-construction tasks including equipment buyout and drawings scrubbing.
• Coordinate and align subcontractors, trades, and partners; drive documentation.
• Facilitate startup meetings and manage RFIs/submittals.
