Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Service Senior Sales Executive for our Worthington, OH area to support our commercial Smart Buildings Total Fire Alarm & Life Safety Service team. You will drive service agreements with hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities, acting as a consultant to optimize building systems and ensure emergency-ready environments.

Expect to spend about half of your time in direct customer interaction, with approximately 10% travel for training and business development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales/account/business development experience in fire alarm/life safety or similar industry selling service agreements, or 3+ years in a technical/customer-facing role in the fire alarm/life safety industry.
• Ability to estimate and sell technical solutions and service offerings independently.
• Verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and eligibility for Siemens fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new order/booking and profit goals based on your assigned quota.
• Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities including forecasting order intake.
• Forecast results and deliver consistently.
• Develop market and account plans for strategic growth and go-to-market strategies.
• Act as a consultant to customer organizations to optimize building systems performance.
• Spend ~50% of time in customer-facing activities, in person on customer sites.
• Travel overnight ~10% for training and business development as required.
