Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Fire Safety Manager in Fort Worth, TX to oversee fire protection and life safety systems across a large commercial mixed-use portfolio. You will lead inspections, coordinate repairs, and ensure regulatory compliance with NFPA standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fire protection, knowledge of NFPA-25, and the ability to read blueprints, troubleshoot systems, and train staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection, life safety systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA-25 and applicable local fire codes/regulations.
• Experience inspecting, testing, maintaining, and repairing commercial fire protection systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire protection and life safety systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on wet, dry, and pre-action sprinkler systems.
• Perform code-compliant inspections and various special inspections.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local fire codes.
• Troubleshoot fire alarm and suppression systems; coordinate repairs.
• Oversee testing and maintenance of pumps and related infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Investigate outages and coordinate safe shutdowns and restorations.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and emergency response activities.
