Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC in Lubbock, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations across inspection, testing, maintenance, service and installation of fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire suppression systems. You will drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability while developing a high-performing team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent and 5+ years of management experience in the fire protection industry,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or equivalent work related experience.
5+ years of management experience.
Direct experience in fire protection industry (fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire suppression) required.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across inspection, testing, maintenance, service and installation of fire systems.
Provide training for field staff and customer-service best practices.
Manage staffing, hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching.
Collaborate with account managers to resolve operational issues and strengthen customer relationships.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with codes and company standards.
