Job summary

Impact Fire Services, LLC in Arlington, TX is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead our fire alarm field team. You will manage field crews, ensure safe work practices, and provide on-the-job training while coordinating with the project manager and general contractors.

Great candidates will have 5+ years of fire alarm experience, NICET or equivalent certification, and solid NFPA 72 knowledge. You will read blueprints, supervise daily reports, and travel as needed to project sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fire alarm experience with a TSFMO FAL.
• NICET or equivalent training from manufacturers or institutions.
• Strong NFPA 72 knowledge; able to read blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews with Project Manager and Construction Manager to meet financial and operational goals.
• Ensure safe work practices and ensure the efficiency of Fire Alarm personnel.
• Maintain daily dialogue with general contractors and relay updates to the project manager.
• Receive and update daily reports from technicians to ensure efficient job execution.
• Learn and apply management skills; assist upper management as needed.
• Talk daily with technicians about job status updates for reporting.
