Job summary

Ace Technologies, LLC is seeking a Sr. Fire Alarm Technician to install, program and service Fire Alarm systems. You will be the point of contact for service, manage installation projects and budgets, lead crews, and coordinate with customers for system integration.

Requires a strong electrical/low voltage background, knowledge of fire alarm systems, and the ability to travel to project locations across the region. A valid driver’s license and NICET II or higher certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position/field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• NICET II certification or higher preferred.
• Post-secondary certificate preferred.
• Experience with Fire Alarm systems and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs security systems at customer locations.
• Performs preventative maintenance under service contracts.
• Troubleshoots issues remotely using provided software.
• Travels to customer locations across Florida and Georgia.
• Works independently to research and resolve equipment issues.
• Performs special projects and other duties.
• Assists with other technical support issues as needed.
