Altruist is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Client Development team. You will build deep understanding of the Altruist platform, position its capabilities to financial advisors, and guide them through the buying process to acquire, retain, and expand business.

You will drive predictable, scalable growth by capturing advisor feedback, meeting SLAs, and improving how the team operates. Strong communication and resilience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in financial services sales or advisory roles.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to quickly understand complex product features and articulate value.

Aufgaben

• Deliver results and meet quarterly and annual quotas.
• Understand Altruist platform deeply and position features like rebalancer and Model Marketplace.
• Use consultative selling to build trust and guide advisors through the buying process.
• Capture advisor feedback to inform product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and meet service-level agreements.
