This Product Manager role focuses on defining ERP integration requirements, leading Agile teams, and driving backlog and product roadmap alignment to customer needs. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful go-to-market strategies and user adoption, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience managing software development lifecycles in an Agile environment.
• Experience defining requirements for ERP integrations with ERP/digital banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define ERP integration requirements with ERP systems and digital banking platforms.
• Lead a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver releases.
• Own and manage the product backlog aligned with roadmap and goals.
• Capture business requirements from customers and translate to engineering.
