Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in account management, client success, customer relationship management, or a related client-facing discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and drive strategies to achieve renewal and growth.
• Drive renewal and expansion outcomes by assessing account health and developing commercial strategies.
• Strengthen relationships with client stakeholders and adapt recommendations to varied audiences.
• Lead business reviews by analyzing customer performance and product usage data to connect platform capabilities to client goals.
• Identify and mitigate retention risks and coordinate action plans with clients and internal teams.
• Advance product adoption by guiding stakeholders toward relevant capabilities and practices.
