Job summary

Wise is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in the Fintech space to drive enterprise adoption of Wise Platform in North America. You will own complex deal cycles, leverage a strong network in payments, and negotiate high-value partnerships with banks, SaaS platforms, and brokers.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage end-to-end deal ownership, and contribute to ambitious volume and revenue targets, with a potential for equity and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling complex technology solutions to enterprise accounts.
• At least 2+ years closing API infrastructure/Fintech/B2B SaaS deals.
• Willingness to travel across North America for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Acquire high-value enterprise accounts across North America.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Deepen Wise Platform’s footprint in Fintech and related enterprise marketplaces.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Solutions Engineering for contracts.
• Maintain a qualified enterprise pipeline with accurate forecasting.
