Deckers Brands is seeking a Principal, Financial Operations & Software Asset Management to drive FinOps governance and SAM maturity. You will own enterprise processes, partner across Finance, Engineering and Product, and design dashboards to translate cost data into actionable insights.

You will build scalable playbooks, promote cost optimization, and deliver executive reporting to enable data-driven decisions across technology investments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FinOps, cloud financial management, SAM, or related disciplines.
• Experience establishing governance and reporting in complex organizations and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of FinOps, cloud financial management, SAM, SaaS governance, budgeting, forecasting, allocation, showback and chargeback.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve Deckers’ enterprise FinOps processes, operating model, standards, controls, and decision rights.
• Partner across Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security to embed FinOps in planning and delivery.
• Design and maintain reusable dashboards, scorecards, and reporting assets for visibility into cost and consumption.
• Establish metrics, data definitions, tagging, allocation, and reporting standards to increase consistency and trust.
• Mature SAM processes across software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, renewals, and utilization.
