Job summary
Deckers Brands is seeking a Principal, Financial Operations & Software Asset Management to own FinOps governance, cloud cost budgeting, and software asset management. You will partner across Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Security to optimize technology investments and drive cost visibility.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive FinOps, cloud financial management, SAM, or related roles.
- Experience establishing governance and reporting in matrixed organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own and continually improve enterprise FinOps processes, governance, and cost transparency.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security and platform teams.
- Design reusable dashboards and reporting assets for visibility into tech cost and consumption.
- Define metrics, tagging, allocation, and reporting standards for consistency.
