Flik Hospitality Group in the United States seeks a Fine Dining Operations Director to act as the client contact and lead the team overseeing upscale dining operations. The role requires a strong background in fine dining management, exceptional leadership, and a passion for delivering premium guest experiences.

The candidate will drive operational excellence, enhance guest satisfaction, and ensure top service and quality standards while managing overall operation and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3–5 years of management experience.
• 5+ years of fine dining operations leadership experience (hotel/restaurant/multi-unit).
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Exceptional business etiquette and client relations.
• Proven success in personnel management (hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning).
• Ability to multi-task with interruptions while meeting goals.
• Experience in food purchasing, food costs and inventory control.
• Knowledge of HACCP controls and proper food storage/use.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations and standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages a large account team to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Oversees daily FOH and BOH operations, including a fine dining restaurant.
• Provides attentive service, anticipating guest needs and addressing concerns quickly.
• Ensures program standards are implemented and expectations are met.
• Drives profitability, safety, and staff engagement while building client relations.
• Communicates progress, risks, and escalations across levels and departments.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and facilitates change.
• Cultivates transparency, education, safety, and accountability.
• Ensures adherence to policies, audits operations for conformance (financials, sanitation).
• Champions development, conducts performance evaluations, and succession planning.
• Owns financial results and collaborates on reporting accuracy.
• Ensures consistent administration of policies and procedures.
