Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of management experience.
• 5+ years of fine dining operations leadership experience (hotel/restaurant/multi-unit).
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proven problem solving, conflict management, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a complementary team at a large account to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations for a fine dining restaurant.
• Provide attentive service, anticipate guest needs, and address concerns promptly.
• Drive program standards, profitability, safety, and employee engagement.
• Communicate progress and risks to leadership; manage change initiatives.
• Own financial results and ensure accurate reporting.
