Guidehouse is looking for a Financial Management Transformation professional to support Defense and National Security clients in optimizing financial processes, dashboards, and data analytics. You will work on cross-functional teams, building solutions that improve transparency, compliance, and performance management.

Key initiatives include modernizing financial processes, implementing Power Platform tools, and delivering data-driven insights using Power BI, Tableau, and related technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, business analytics, or a related field
• Two years of experience in business transformation, financial management, data analytics, audit or accounting
• Experience with low-code and no-code technology platforms, including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Tableau
• Heightened attention to detail, and the ability to create and edit technical and non-technical written work products and graphical presentations
• Experience Leading client meetings and presenting recommendations to senior-level leadership
• Experience utilizing project management best practices
• Experience documenting and evaluating business processes and making recommendations for process improvements

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to modernize financial processes with innovative solutions
• Lead MS Power Platform tool implementation and present to stakeholders
• Create performance dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Office tools
• Identify process improvements for financial tools and templates
• Coordinate end-to-end development plans and manage timelines
• Communicate project updates to senior executives regularly
• Embed financial management standards into solution design in line with policy
• Coordinate with team members to develop financial automation and data visualization capabilities
