Guidehouse is seeking highly motivated professionals to join our Financial Services Advisory practice, supporting clients across Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets. You will address complex business challenges, drive transformational initiatives, and deliver strategic solutions that create measurable client value.

As a Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant, you will lead client engagements, collaborate with stakeholders, manage timelines and risks, and contribute to practice growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3–10 years of relevant professional experience in financial services or consulting.
• Experience in banking, insurance, capital markets, or related financial services environments.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing projects, workstreams, or client deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Support and lead client engagements across Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets, focusing on risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Build and maintain client relationships through stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and presentations with client leadership.
• Manage project workstreams, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Develop business cases, operational strategies, and transformation roadmaps.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address evolving client priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and drive innovation.
• Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and business development.
