Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Commercial Financial Services practice in New York City, working with client-facing teams to analyze problems, develop solutions, and support implementation across multiple workstreams.

The role requires 3–5 years in banking or commercial financial services consulting, strong analytical abilities, and the skill to produce client-ready deliverables. Expect travel up to 25% and onsite work at client locations in NYC.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3–5 years of experience in banking or commercial financial services consulting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage workstreams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Deliver client engagements by analyzing problems, developing solutions, and supporting implementation efforts.
Execute discrete workstreams and produce high-quality analyses and deliverables.
Conduct research, data analysis, and process assessments to inform client recommendations.
Develop clear, client-ready reports and presentations.
Participate in client meetings and provide progress updates.
Support implementation of recommended solutions and operational improvements.
