The position oversees staffing, budgeting, risk assessment, and client issue resolution across multiple funds and industries, with travel as needed. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• CPA license required.
• At least 5 years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead or supervise the engagement team during planning and execution of audits, reviews, or compilations to deliver high-quality client service.
• Oversee day-to-day audit engagement operations including staffing, planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, and financial reporting.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to staff, seniors, and supervisors, and communicate with the engagement partner.
