Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA license required.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience with experience leading multiple engagements.
• Experience with audits of funds (private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, fund of funds).
• Familiarity with US GAAP and strong client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the engagement staff on planning and execution of audit, review, or compilation engagements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the audit engagement including staffing, planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, and financial reporting.
• Provide supervision and support to engagement staff; promote communication with the engagement partner.
• Collaborate on client issue resolution and advise on regulatory or accounting issues during audits.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently and create engagement budgets.
• Conduct discussions on evaluations and provide counsel; participate in professional development.
