Job summary

Withum is seeking a Financial Services Audit Senior for their San Francisco office. In this role, you will lead audit engagements from planning through completion while mentoring staff and managing client relationships. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, be a Licensed CPA, or working towards certification, and possess at least 2 years of public accounting experience.

The role offers a competitive compensation range of $80,000–$115,000 annually based on location and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of public accounting experience with experience leading multiple engagements.
• Experience with audits of funds such as private equity and venture capital.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement team on audit planning and execution.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the audit engagement.
• Review general ledger accounts for accuracy.
