Qualificações

• Seven years of accounting experience including public accounting or external audit at Senior/Manager level.
• Two+ years in a corporate accounting environment.
• US GAAP expertise with ability to apply guidance to complex transactions.
• Experience coordinating audits across international operations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver periodic financial statements and disclosures for domestic and international entities under US GAAP.
• Coordinate annual group audit and manage overseas statutory audits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Analyze unusual transactions and document conclusions with external audit teams.
• Collaborate with commercial, legal, revenue, and FP&A teams on reporting impacts of new offerings.
• Interpret accounting guidance across contracts, leases, equity comp, acquisitions, and consolidation.
• Improve close processes with Workiva and explore AI-based workflows.
• Establish and update accounting guidelines and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.
