Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field.
• 7+ years in public accounting, SEC reporting, FP&A or equity compensation.
• Experience in client-facing roles with strong problem-solving.
• Ability to train and develop others in complex reporting solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Explain our financial reporting value proposition to clients.
• Maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Identify services to meet client needs and best practices.
• Lead training to expand Shareworks and EEO knowledge.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
