Job summary

Morgan Stanley at Work is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager in Financial Reporting Solutions to drive equity expensing and financial reporting for multiple clients. You will interpret client data to guide expensing in EEO or Shareworks, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to clients and partners.

You will lead client engagements, present at conferences, and collaborate with internal teams to expand Shareworks and EEO knowledge. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
7+ years of experience in public accounting, SEC reporting, FP&A and/or equity compensation.
Strong client engagement and project leadership skills.
CPA preferred; willing to travel up to 10%.
Experience with Shareworks and Equity Edge Online.

Responsibilities

Provides clear explanation of financial reporting value proposition to clients.
Develops relationships with key decision makers.
Identifies services to meet client needs and supports industry events as a SME.
Trains clients on Shareworks/EEO and equity accounting concepts.
Resolves reporting issues and improves client interactions.
