Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field is required.
7+ years of experience in public accounting, SEC reporting, FP&A, and/or equity compensation.
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles with strong solution orientation.
CPA preferred and travel up to 10% may be required.
Proven ability to train and develop other team members in complex reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

Provides clear explanation of our financial reporting value proposition to clients.
Maintains relationships with key business decision makers.
Develops industry contacts to support client relationships and sales.
Identifies services to meet client needs and shares best practices.
Creates training materials to expand Shareworks/EEO knowledge.
Supports external documentation and client reporting improvements.
Researches and resolves client reporting issues.
Travels up to 10% to serve clients as needed.
