Job summary

Morgan Stanley, within the Morgan Stanley at Work division, seeks a Senior Consulting Manager to lead equity expensing and financial reporting initiatives for corporate clients. You will serve as a subject matter expert on Equity Edge Online (EEO) and Shareworks, translating complex reporting requirements into actionable client solutions.

You will train teammates, manage client relationships, and contribute to conferences and client meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience in public accounting, SEC reporting, FP&A and/or equity compensation is required.
Strong in client engagement, project leadership and problem-solving across complex reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

Explain our financial reporting value proposition to clients clearly and persuasively.
Maintain relationships with key business decision makers.
Identify services to meet client needs and support sales and client relationships.
Create materials and conduct internal training to expand Shareworks and EEO knowledge.
Assist with external documentation and training to enhance client reporting experience.
Travel up to 10% as needed.
