About the Role

As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will lead a Financial Reporting Team, manage operating rhythms, ensure compliance, support transactions, and coordinate with various teams to deliver accurate financial reports.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure accounting compliance and operational controls, focusing on process simplification and operational excellence.
2. Lead weekly forecasts and interface with Area Leaders.
3. Implement new processes, system changes, and upgrades within Controllership.
4. Partner with FP&A leaders to ensure efficient financial closes.
5. Work with HQ Controllership and Finance teams to meet reporting requirements.
6. Manage cross-transaction accounting via CBS process.
7. Lead quarterly and year-end analysis for consolidated financial statements.
8. Coordinate with Segment Controllers for relevant financial information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Controllership management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence and lead small teams.
• Analytical and organizational problem-solving skills.
